Which tool actually takes the work off your desk?
FreighAI reads every email, does the work behind it, and hands the right person a finished task to approve. Nobody lives in the inbox any more. Every page below sets that promise against one other product. We read their own published pages, note the date, and put their strengths first.
Two questions run through every page. Does your team still have to open the mailbox? And what runs by itself? Ask us both. Ask them both.

Where are you right now?
Most forwarders arrive here in one of four situations. Pick yours and the right pages are one click away.
Three comparisons, three different arguments
These three come up more than any others. Each page gives the other product its strengths first, then says where the two differ and who approves the reply.
- Their strength first: quoting and the revenue work around it, in their own published words.
- Where the two differ: FreighAI watches every company mailbox, pricing, operations, tracking and accounts, and follows each conversation from start to finish.
- Who approves: your team approves every reply before it sends.
- Their strength first: air and ocean rate cover, quoting and booking.
- Where the two differ: how far each one reaches into your mailbox.
- Who approves: your team approves every reply before it sends.
- Their strength first: documents, customs and the bills you owe.
- Where the two differ: FreighAI runs the whole road from enquiry to sent quote.
- Who approves: your team approves. They do not compose, forward, file or chase. The reply goes out in their name.
Products that do the same job
Read the mail, do the work behind it, hand a person a task. Each page weighs what the product does, who it is built for, and who approves the reply.

Five tells, and what each one looks like
Most systems you will be shown are older systems with AI added. A few are built AI-first. These five tells separate the two, and you can watch every one of them yourself.
A tell is not a score. Three out of five is not a pass mark. Weigh the second one the most, because that is the tell that gives you hours back. This table names no vendor. It is the lens every comparison here is written through.
| The tell | An add-on looks like | AI-native looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Where the work happens | A chat box beside the same old screens. Your team still lives in the inbox. | One task screen instead of the inbox. Watches every company mailbox, pricing, operations, tracking and accounts, and follows each conversation from start to finish. |
| Who does the fetching | You still open the portals. The AI writes up what you found. | Pulls your rate cards, checks the carrier, looks up the customer’s history, reads the shipment status, and talks to your TMS or accounting system. Nobody hops between websites to put an answer together. |
| Does it act, or only answer | It answers the question you typed. Then it waits for you. | Works out what each email is and what it needs, then takes the action that message calls for. Chasing, tracking checks, quote expiry and follow-ups run on their own. Nobody has to remember. |
| Who approves | Nobody, or everybody. The reply appears and no name sits behind it. | Your team approves every reply before it sends. Your team approves. They do not compose, forward, file or chase. The reply goes out in their name. |
| Between desks | Forward the mail. Copy the details. Type them in again. | Work passes from pricing to operations to accounts with the email and everything it found attached. Nobody forwards it, re-keys it or asks for an update. |

Ask every vendor to show each tell on one real enquiry, start to finish. Ask FreighAI the same.
One customer signed off their numbers. Here they are, named.
We do not show averages we cannot stand behind. Infinity Logistics, a UAE forwarder and express reseller, has run on FreighAI for more than a year and signed a reference in May 2026.
How every comparison is written
- Every page is written from the other product's own website, fetched on a stated date. Nothing comes from memory or from a sales call.
- Their strengths come first, in their own words, in a named section. The table always shows rows they win.
- Where their published material does not cover something, the page says so. It never says they cannot do it.
- No roadmap dates, on either side. What FreighAI does not do today is stated as what stays in the system you run.
- Every FreighAI fact comes from one shared file that all these pages read. A page cannot quietly claim something the product does not do.
Common questions
I already run Logi-Sys or CargoWise. Do I have to replace it?
No. Keep your TMS for the records. FreighAI runs the work around them. Every system you might keep has its own page under the current-setup branch, with both doors on it: keep it and add FreighAI, or move on.
Is FreighAI a TMS?
It can be, and it does not have to be. On its own, FreighAI runs your enquiries, quotes, jobs, tracking replies, carrier bills, payment follow-ups and your accounts. Or it runs alongside the TMS you keep. Either way, it reads the mail, does the work behind it, and a person approves the reply.
My TMS says it has AI now. Is that the same thing?
Usually it is a chat box beside the old screens. Five things tell you the difference: where the work happens, who does the fetching, whether it acts or only answers, who approves, and what happens between desks. Ask both vendors to show all five on one real enquiry, start to finish.
Which comparison should I read first?
If you are looking at one of the thirteen direct alternatives, read that page. If you run a TMS or ERP, go to the current-setup branch. If you are not sure what you are looking at yet, read the five tells above and take them into the next demo.
Can I test FreighAI against another tool on my own enquiry?
Yes. Bring one real thread from last week. We run it end to end in front of you and you judge the output. Do the same with the other vendor and compare. Your team approves every reply before it sends.
Will my rates and customer data end up with FreighAI?
You keep your own carrier accounts and negotiated rates. FreighAI never sits between you and your carrier relationship. Your rates and your customers are read to do your work and for nothing else. Ask any vendor, including us, where the data lives, who can see it, and whether it trains anything for anyone else.
The product I am looking at is not here. What now?
Ask us. If it does the same job, it gets a comparison on the same method. If it is a system you would keep, it belongs under the current-setup branch. If it is not a real overlap, we will tell you that too.
Pick the comparison you were already making.
Then bring one real email thread to us and to them. We will run it end to end while you watch, and you can judge the output yourself.
