How these fifteen pages are written
- Every page here gives you two ways in. Keep your system and add FreighAI around it, or move on from it. Neither is the default, and each page says how to decide.
- What FreighAI takes is the work that never reached your system. The enquiry, the agent chase, the tracking question, the carrier bill, the reply somebody has to write.
- A page about a system is not a connection to it. No connector is claimed here. Live connections have their own pages: Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp and the carrier accounts you already hold.
- A named page is built from that vendor's own published material, and dated. If we have not written yours, read one of the three starting points instead. The boundary is the same.
Common questions
Do I have to replace my TMS to use FreighAI?
No. Keep your TMS for the records. FreighAI runs the work around them. Every page on this branch is written that way. The pages that discuss moving on treat it as a separate choice with its own triggers, not as the price of buying anything.
My system is not one of the twelve named above. Which page do I read?
Read the existing TMS page. The boundary is the same whatever the system is called, because it is drawn around the work rather than around the software. Then tell us the name. If enough forwarders run it, and its published material is solid, it gets a page of its own.
Does FreighAI connect to my system?
No, and no page here says otherwise. A live connection gets its own page: Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp and the DHL, FedEx and UPS carrier accounts today. Everything else is worked out with your team, which decides what data crosses and in which direction before anything is built.
Our TMS already has AI. Are we buying the same thing twice?
Read that system's page and find out. Where the vendor describes its own AI, the page names it first and tells you where not to start. The difference is usually the direction of travel. Their AI turns an arriving message into a record. FreighAI turns it into a finished answer with a name on it.
How do we know which door is right for us?
Look at what your system is actually used for. If it holds the jobs, the books and the audit trail well, keep it and put FreighAI around the mail. If your team already works beside it in a spreadsheet, put the mail under control first and judge the software on what those weeks show you.
