Not a slide deck. Bring a real enquiry from last week, with its attachments, and watch it read, priced, chased and drafted while you stand there. Then you decide whether the answer is good enough to send.
You do not need an appointment, though one helps. Walk up and somebody will be free.

Common questions
Can I book a meeting at the stand in advance?
Yes, and it is the best way to use ten minutes. Book a call and say which show and which day. A person will be free when you arrive. Bring one real email thread and we will run that one.
What should I bring to the stand?
One real enquiry from last week, with its email thread and the price you sent in the end. Bring the name of the system you keep your records in. If you have the carrier bill for the same shipment, bring that too.
Does FreighAI speak at events or only exhibit?
Every event page says our role in plain words. At the shows listed here we are an exhibitor. If a talk or session is confirmed, it is added to that page with the organiser's details. We do not promise one before that.
Will there be more events?
Probably, but we list a show only after we have booked our place. Ask us on a call and we will tell you what we are looking at.
Can I see it before the show?
Yes. A show is months away, so do not wait. Book a demonstration and we will run your own enquiry this week, on your own email thread.
