Every carrier and system you work with, connected four ways
Rate cards uploaded and read. RFQs sent, chased and lined up by email. Booking through a connector built for you. Account and spot rates through a scraper agent. That is how FreighAI works with the carriers a forwarder in India or the UAE actually uses.
Your accounts stay yours. Your negotiated rates stay yours. FreighAI reads them through your credentials and never resells them. A person signs every message a customer sees.
- 01Four ways in: rate cards, RFQs by email, a booking connector built for you, and a scraper agent for account and spot rates.
- 02Express carriers connect to your own accounts. DHL and FedEx are live.
- 03ULIP, India’s national logistics data platform: authorised user since August 2026. Port and container tracking, customs status, air cargo, vehicle and FASTag data, e-way bills, GST and IEC checks.
- 04Track and trace uses every available source: mostly ULIP, and shipping-line APIs wherever a line offers one.
- 05Keep your TMS and your accounting system. Bridges are production-tested for CargoWise, Logi-Sys, Kale CORVI, Shipsy, Magaya, and for Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP or Oracle. Connectors are scoped during implementation and charged for. Nothing is promised before it is scoped.
Four ways in, and your accounts stay yours
Most carriers do not offer an API. That is fine. FreighAI does not need one to quote, book and track with them.
| The way in | What it is | When it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Rate cards | Most carriers give rate cards. They are uploaded into FreighAI and rates are read from there. | Most carriers and agents. The everyday case. |
| RFQs by email | Partner Discovery picks the right carriers or agents for a lane, prepares and sends the RFQ email to each, tracks the replies, and lines up the rates side by side on one page. | Lanes that need a fresh price, or several carriers compared. |
| A booking connector | Booking runs through connectors FreighAI builds for the customer, on the customer’s own carrier accounts. | Once you are quoting with a carrier often enough to book with it directly. |
| A scraper agent | For account rates and spot rates, a scraper agent reads the carrier’s portal and manages the whole thing on its own. | Account rates and spot rates that live only on the carrier’s portal. |

You keep your own carrier accounts and negotiated rates. FreighAI never sits between you and your carrier relationship. Your team approves every reply before it sends.
Connectors are scoped during implementation and charged for. Nothing is promised before it is scoped. We scope the first workflow, integration requirements and implementation plan with your team.

ULIP, and track and trace
India’s Unified Logistics Interface Platform, set up under the National Logistics Policy 2022, gives one door to the government’s logistics data. FreighAI is authorised to use it and does.
FreighAI has been an authorised ULIP user since August 2026 and works with its APIs directly: port and container tracking, customs status, air cargo, vehicle and FASTag data, e-way bills, and GST and IEC checks.
Track and trace uses every available source: mostly ULIP, and shipping-line APIs wherever a line offers one. Answers “where is my cargo?” on the customer’s own thread, from carrier status, for approval.

Common questions
Do you need an API with every carrier?
No. Most carriers give rate cards, and those are uploaded and read from FreighAI. For a fresh price, Partner Discovery sends the RFQ by email and lines up the replies. A booking connector is built when you book with a carrier often. A scraper agent handles rates that live only on a portal.
My carrier is not on the list. Is that a no?
No. Rate cards and RFQs work with any carrier from day one. If you need a booking connector for it, it is scoped and built during implementation.
Do you resell rates or sit between me and my carrier?
Never. Your accounts, your credentials, your negotiated rates. FreighAI reads them for you and applies your margin rules. The relationship stays yours.
What does a connector cost?
Connectors are scoped during implementation and charged for. Nothing is promised before it is scoped. The scope says exactly what is built and what it covers before anything is agreed.
What is ULIP, and why does it matter to me?
ULIP is the Government of India’s logistics data platform, one door to the systems behind ports, customs, roads and more. FreighAI has been an authorised user since August 2026 and uses it for port and container tracking, customs status, air cargo, vehicle and FASTag data, e-way bills, and GST and IEC checks. It means live status and checked documents without your team opening a government portal.
What if a rate comes through wrong?
Your team approves every reply before it sends. The rate is shown with its source. The person checks, edits if needed, and approves. Nothing reaches a customer on its own.
- Connection facts confirmed by FreighAI on 7 September 2026 and recorded in the claims register. Dedicated pages exist only for live connections.verified 2026-09-07

Carrier names are the major carriers serving India and the UAE. The connection to each kind is described in the table; a native API is claimed only where the row says live.
Bring the carrier you quote with most.
We will show the four ways in on that carrier, with your own rate card, and put the reply in front of you to approve.
