We have booked a stand
We have booked a stand at transport logistic India 2027, and we would like you to come.
Booth A 11, in Hall 1, on both days. It is a twenty-one square metre stand, which is enough room to sit down properly instead of talking across a counter.
The organiser sent this over when the booking went through.
What this show is
This is the second edition. It is run by Messe Muenchen India. In the organiser’s words it is "powered by the four-decade legacy of transport logistic Munich".
Two days at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. It runs alongside project cargo India in the same building.
The first edition ran in February 2026, beside air cargo India. On the organiser’s own count it drew more than 230 brands from 38 countries, and over 8,100 people from the industry.
Getting there, and getting in
The venue sits in the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai. The organiser points visitors to the Aqua Line 3 metro.
Doors open at 10 in the morning on both days. They close at 6 on the Thursday and 5 on the Friday.
Entry is handled by the organiser, not by us. Register on their site before you travel. Bring the confirmation with you.
If you move project cargo
The show runs alongside project cargo India. The heavy lift and breakbulk crowd will be in the same building.
That work has its own page here, because the weeks before a price exists look nothing like a normal quotation. Read the project cargo page.
What actually happens there
Two days, and almost none of it spent on a slide.
A trade fair is an odd place to buy software. It is a very good place to think out loud with someone who does the same work as you. So that is how we use the two days.
We would rather hear your problem first
Most conversations at our stand start with a complaint. A quote that took two days. A customer who heard about the delay before you did. A partner who never replies before lunch. Bring the one that annoys you most. We will spend the first few minutes on that, not on us.
Then we show the work, not a deck
Bring one real email thread from last week and we will run it in front of you. It gets read, priced, chased and drafted. Then it waits for a person to approve it. You decide whether the answer is good enough to send. If it is not, tell us why. That is the most useful thing we hear all show.
We will talk about AI in general, not only ours
Plenty of people come to the stand who are nowhere near buying anything. That is fine. Ask what an agent actually is. Ask what it gets wrong. Ask where other forwarders are using it and what it cost them. We teach the same thing free in the Academy, and we are happy to teach it standing up.
Bring a problem we have not solved
Some of the best ideas in our product came from a stranger at a stand describing a job we had never seen. If you have a piece of work that no software handles, we want to hear it. You will get our honest read on whether AI can help it yet. Sometimes the answer is no.
We will tell you when it is not us
If your system is fine and your problem is people, we will say so. If you need a customs broker and not an AI platform, we will say that too. Nobody wants to be sold to in a hall. We would rather you leave with a straight answer than a brochure.
How ten minutes goes
- You tell us the thing that annoys you most2 min
- We open your own email thread on the screen1 min
- It gets read, priced, chased and drafted while you watch5 min
- You say whether you would have sent it2 min
No slides, and nothing to sign. Stay longer if it is going well.
What our stand looked like last time
These are from India International Cargo Show 2026, New Delhi, where we ran the same thing for three days at Booth A3.
Pick the one that sounds like you
Not everyone at a stand is buying. Most of the good conversations we have are with people who are not.
Run one of my own enquiries
Bring one email thread from last week. We read it, price it, chase it and draft the reply while you watch. You say whether it is good enough to send.
Hold me a slot→I am still working out what AI even does
Nobody at our stand is asked to buy. If you want the plain version of what an agent is, where it pays and what it gets wrong, we teach it free.
The six-lesson course→I have a problem no software has solved
Tell us the job that every system you have tried handles badly. You get an honest read on whether AI can touch it yet. Sometimes the answer is no.
Tell us the problem→I want to compare you with what I already run
Bring the name of your current system. We will go through what changes, what does not, and what would have to be connected.
See the comparisons→I want to know what it would cost
Pricing is scoped to your operation, so there is no sheet to hand over. Ten minutes on your volumes gets you a real number.
How pricing works→I would rather work together than buy
Referral, implementation, a connector from your own product, or an association bringing its members. Four ways in, and none of them start with a purchase.
Ways to partner→What to bring
Ten minutes is plenty, if you bring your own work. Four things make it worth your time.
One email thread
A real one from last week, with its attachments. This is the only thing that really matters.
The price you sent
Whatever went back to the customer in the end, if anything did.
The carrier bill
For the same shipment, if you happen to have it on your phone.
Your system's name
Whatever you keep your records in. Excel counts.
Tell us what you want to talk about
Ten minutes, held in your name. Say what you want out of it and we will have it ready before you arrive.
- A named person writes back within 24 hours, not an autoresponder.
- One email in the week of the show, with the hall map and the stand number.
- One more only if something changes. Nothing else, ever.
Entry to the show is the organiser’s, not ours. You still need to register with Messe Muenchen India Pvt Ltd to get in. Register to visit.

You do not have to wait for a show
A stand is a good place to meet. It is a slow way to see the product.
Bring one real email thread from last week. We will run it on a call. You watch the work happen. Then you decide whether the answer is good enough to send.
FreighAI is one exhibitor at this show, not its organiser. The show is run by Messe Muenchen India Pvt Ltd. Entry, hall times and the visitor programme come from them.
Dates, venue, edition and the organiser’s description from the official event site, read on 7 September 2026. Hall 1, Booth A 11 and the stand size come from FreighAI’s own booking, confirmed on 2 September 2026; the organiser has not yet published a floor plan for 2027.
Come with one email that cost your team an afternoon.
Bring one real email thread from last week. We will run it end to end. You can judge the answer yourself.
