FreighAI reads every email, does the work behind it, and hands the right person a finished task to approve. Nobody lives in the inbox any more.
What it is
FreighAI is an AI-first freight operations platform that runs the daily work of a forwarding company. It reads everything that comes in, does the work behind it, and hands your people finished tasks to approve. It can run on its own or alongside the TMS you already have.
Who it is for
Freight forwarders. These are the companies that move other people's cargo. We sell to them in India and the UAE.
It is already live
Infinity Logistics, a freight forwarder in the UAE, has run on FreighAI for more than a year. Real people use this every working day.
Who we are
A small team, inside a company called AggAiLabs Software Solutions Private Limited. That is the whole of it.
Four things, and none of them is a degree
We do not have a list of job titles to match you against. We have this instead.
You have run real operations, or you truly understand them
You have worked where things go wrong at four in the afternoon and somebody has to fix them. Or you have sat beside people who do, and you listened hard.
You finish things
Starting is easy, and almost everybody does it. We care about the last ten percent. The odd case, the small bug, the follow-up nobody wants.
You write plainly
You can explain a hard thing in short words. If your writing needs a second reading, we will spend our days misunderstanding each other.
You are fine with a small team and no playbook
There is no big team behind you and no rulebook to follow. You will decide things yourself, then live with what happens.
